SIZE
1. Default Business Card is UK/EU Standard Size = 85mm × 55mm. 
2. US Format Size = 89mm × 51mm = 2" × 3.5". This will be done only upon request.
 
SHAPE
1. Cards are available with corners Squared or Rounded.
2. Rounded Corners come with 6mm radius for an extra-premium.
 
MATERIAL
Premium White 400gsm Cardstock 
 
DETAILS
The cards can be fully personalized with the details you want. Address, phone, socials. It is essential to provide clear details for your business in a way that we can identify it on Google. This to link QR Code to your business.

QR CODE
The *QR Code* is a smart feature that is really cool, you can have:
1. SOCIAL → We can connect ALL socials (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc).
2. MECARD → It allows the person scanning the code to select: "add to contact list", "call number", "send email", and "send SMS".
3. WHATSAPP → The person scanning the QR Code will be prompted to write a WhatsApp message to the selected number. This message can be also pre-filled as wanted. 
4. URL → In the QR Code we can encapsulate the link you want (website, specific web page like Etsy Shop, etc).
5. Location → It will prompt Google Maps to the location you want.
 
IMAGE QUALITY
When you send images, please make sure that the quality of the pictures you send is high (> 1000px in "x" and "y"). We are not responsible for blurry pictures/logo when printed, although we'll do our best to flag problems when we see them.
 
PROCESS (ORDER → DISPATCH)
1. Select the Number of Items and the other Customisation Features
2. Insert all the details in the Personalisation Field
3. Place the order
4. Send Image/Logo via Message, WhatsApp (+44 7543 742748) or at info@nuragica.net
5. We'll provide a proposal, you can modify as many times as you want!
6. We'll ask you a confirmation before printing
7. We'll process the print
8. We'll dispatch on the following day
 
DELIVERY & TRACKING
We do not have control over delivery time, this depends on courier infrastructure, courier partners, customs (when abroad), etc. However:
1. Standard National Shipments are generally delivered within 3 business days. This shipment is tracked only when the parcel is beyond 100g.
2. Standard International Shipments are generally delivered within 3 weeks. This shipment is tracked only when the parcel is beyond 750kg.
3. Fast and tracked shipments can be selected at checkout.
4. Once we flag an item as dispatched, ETSY (not us) provides an estimated delivery window.
5. Our job is to prepare and dispatch a product or service, in line with your requirements, and ship within a specific date. Hence, if an item is delayed or lost, under the ETSY's Seller Protection Policy
 
QUEUE & PREVIEW
We process orders on a First-come-first-served basis. However, we aim to provide you with a preview within 1 day from the shipment date. We kindly ask you to be patient and not ask for updates before.
 
CONFIRMATION
Once you receive your preview proposal, you'll need to respond within 2 days. If that's not the case, we might process a refund.
