PRIVACY POLICY

Every information you exchange with us (including pictures and videos) will be stored until the order is finally processed. All the information utilised to produce the artwork/craft could be stored long-term in our database. This will allow you to place a fast reorder.

PROCESSING TIME

The processing time really depends on the reaction time of our customers. Once we get the information, we generally have a turnaround time of one day. In case of immediate reactivity by the customer, we ship on the following day.

DELIVERY TIME

By default, we ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class, and we provide Proof of Postage (POP).

The delivery time generally takes 1 to 3 business days. However, sometimes it might take longer, when this occurs it's out of our control. But, please get in touch with us as we might be able to assist further.

RETURN POLICY

For items that are tailored to customer requirements, no return is allowed.
Off-the-shelf items enjoy a 15 days return policy. However, the customer pays for returns.
Defected items will always be dealt with. You need to get in touch with us and provide evidence. We might ask you to return the item (for inspection), and we'll be either providing a replacement and a partial or full refund.
